Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bobby Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byrne throws a quick inside leg kick.
Brown darts in and clinches Byrne up against the cage.
Byrne scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Byrne is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Brown takes a knee to the side of the body.
Brown has a couple of punches blocked by Byrne.
Brown can't get the takedown.
Byrne blocking some punches.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Byrne has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Byrne crunches a lovely knee into Brown's ribcage.
Brown is breathing heavily.

Brown struggles to land a body shot inside as Byrne controls his hands.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Brown.
Brown swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Byrne creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Brown's defenses.
It looks like Bobby Brown has been cut.

Byrne lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Brown backwards.

Byrne digs a right hand into Brown's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Brown's gas tank.
Byrne is pushing Brown up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Byrne throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Browns head.

Brown really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Byrne pushes Brown against the cage. Byrne is working some dirty boxing. Byrne pushes off with a quick right hook! Brown goes down! Brown tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Byrne moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Jack Byrne very nearly forgot to thank KAISER Nutrition (160!/220$) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
In defeat, Bobby Brown stepped up to the mic, saying 'Sorry Fans, I'll be back for more'.
