Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eddard Maxiq!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxiq throws a predictable looking body shot
and Jackman counters with a left to the body.
Maxiq keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jackman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Maxiq scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jackman doesn't seem bothered though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jackman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Maxiq cracks Jackman with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Maxiq throws a right hand that misses
and Jackman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Maxiq pounces like a tiger and cracks Jackman with a vicious hook! Jackman is down but not out! Maxiq follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eddard Maxiq!
During a confident post fight interview, Eddard Maxiq thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
