Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Abu Nazir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lesha Speranskiq (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Abu Nazir! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lesha Speranskiq! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nazir closes the distance and clinches up with Speranskiq, looking for a takedown. Nazir pushes Speranskiq against the cage but Speranskiq circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Nazir gets a takedown into half guard. Speranskiq is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nazir is figuring out what he wants to do next. Nazir not landing any meaningful shots this time. Nazir tries to stand and escape but Speranskiq is controlling the position. Nazir prevents Speranskiq from improving his position. Speranskiq trying to control from the bottom.
Speranskiq is staying active underneath Nazir, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Speranskiq keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Speranskiq trying to control but Nazir postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nazir closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Speranskiq to the mat! Speranskiq manages to get full guard. Speranskiq looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Speranskiq is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Nazir is not content to let Speranskiq control the position. Speranskiq is taking a breather. Nazir says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nazir is looking to escape. Nazir is looking to improve his position.
Speranskiq trying to control from half guard but Nazir is working away. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Speranskiq prevents Nazir from standing back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Lesha Speranskiq. Nazir throws a leg kick but Speranskiq moved away. Nazir looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Speranskiq closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Nazir is being controlled here. Speranskiq tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nazir wants to control but Speranskiq postures up. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. The referee asks Speranskiq politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Speranskiq prefers to stall for the moment though. Nazir is not content to let Speranskiq control the position. Nazir wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nazir tries to buck Speranskiq off but Speranskiq is having none of it. Nazir is not content to let Speranskiq control the position. Nazir is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Speranskiq trying to control the position but Nazir is working away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nazir is looking for a sweep.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Lesha Speranskiq wasn't active enough on the ground. Nice sprawl there from Nazir as Speranskiq shoots in. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Lesha Speranskiq will probably get the nod. That's time! Nazir's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Speranskiq shoots for a takedown but Nazir saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nazir throws a predictable looking body shot
and Speranskiq counters with a nice double leg into guard. Speranskiq is pushing down on Nazir's leg trying to pass to half guard. Nazir is fighting to maintain full guard but Speranskiq has managed to sneak the leg through. Nazir wants to get back to his feet. Nazir knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Speranskiq on the ground. Speranskiq wants to pass the guard but Nazir is defending well. Speranskiq is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Nazir is desperately trying to improve his position but Speranskiq has a good base and remains in mount. Speranskiq wants to get back to his feet but Nazir is holding on tight.
Lesha Speranskiq has got the better of the ground game so far. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Speranskiq content just to control the position here.
