Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bigg Moe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moe comes to the cage accompanied by polly cover my son justin. Bigg Moe has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bigg Moe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paul Hogan! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Hogan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Hogan tries to land a front kick but Moe steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Hogan throws a nice head kick!
Hogan darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Hogan lands a lovely overhand right. The crowd cheers as Hogan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moe doesn't seem phased though. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Hogan throws a series of punches but Moe avoids them all with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moe moves away from the strike by Hogan. A looping hook to the body misses from Hogan. Moe does a little dance to reset his feet. Hogan cracks a nice hook into Moe's ribs. Hogan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Moe. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hogan has eaten all the pies! Hogan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Moe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hogan throws a right hand that Moe ducks under and follows up with a left that Moe also avoids with ease. Hogan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Moe has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Moe there as he acknowledges the shot. Paul Hogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hogan pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Moe stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hogan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hogan lands a jab-cross combination. Left hook, right uppercut from Hogan. Nice shot lands for Hogan. Hogan's coach down at Clean and Green was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hogan's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Donk. Hogan catches Moe right on the button with a cross. Moe definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hogan cracks Moe with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moe uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hogan. Hogan is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Moe had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Hogan scores with the left hand. Moe knows he should have avoided that one. Hogan dips to his left and cracks Moe with an uppercut! Moe sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Hogan tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Hogan dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hogan looks to land a left hand but Moe moved out of range nicely. Hogan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Hogan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. A jab from Hogan finds it's way through Moe's defenses. Hogan throws a lazy right hand but Moe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hogan misses with a wild combination.
Hogan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Moe moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nice body punch from Hogan. Hogan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Moe circles away quickly and effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hogan lands with an uppercut that bounces Moe off the cage and back into range. Paul Hogan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hogan misses with an uppercut. Hogan cracks a nice hook into Moe's ribs. A slow jab from Hogan misses its intended target. Hogan dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hogan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Moe defending well as Hogan loads up on a big left hand. Paul Hogan seems to be getting the better of the standup. Moe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hogan throws out the jab. Moe moves forwards but Hogan connects with a nice, crisp jab. A lazy left from Hogan finds it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hogan lands with a shot to the body. Hogan lands a jab-cross combination. Hogan moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Hogan connects with a high kick. Moe is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hogan. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Hogan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
A big right from Hogan misses. Moe takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Moe displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hogan throws out the jab. A telegraphed right hand from Hogan misses the target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moe gets cracked there but stands up to it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moe moves out of range as Hogan strikes. A left lands for Hogan. Hogan with a body punch. A glancing blow. Hogan fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Hogan throws a looping overhand right but Moe ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hogan with a hook. Hogan lands a glancing blow to the side of Moe's head. Hogan has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Hogan thows a left - swing and a miss! Moe takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Hogan throws a poor cross that misses
and Moe decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hogan's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hogan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Moe defends well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moe wants to control from the top but Hogan keeps moving. Moe stands and throws Hogan's legs to the side, diving into side control. Moe is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Hogan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Moe gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Hogan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Moe lets go of the hold and Hogan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bigg Moe! A relieved looking Bigg Moe thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
