Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mos Def (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Woohun Do (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Def comes to the cage accompanied by Mathematics. Woohun Do struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Mos Def! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 10 - 3, fighting out of Tokyo, Woohun Do! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Do takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Def shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Do defends it nicely. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Do has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Do throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Do misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Do throws a right hand that misses
and Def counters with a nice leg kick. Do closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Def quickly recovers to half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Def wants to control but Do is keeping busy.
Def is looking for a sweep. Do is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Def has his hands clasped together around Do's back. He's all about the action. Do is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Def doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Do. Do thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Do throwing shots but Def is blocking nicely. Do trying to control from half guard but Def is working away. Def is trying to maintain the position but Do is very close to passing his half guard. Do scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Do scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Def makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Def. Def utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Do throws a big elbow that misses. Do in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Do trying to control the position from guard on top but Def is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Def looking for a sweep. Not yet Def, not yet. Do wants to pass the guard but Def is keeping the position. Def trying to keep a closed guard but Do is proving a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Def wants to sweep but no luck. Do throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Def works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Def controlling the position. Do controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Def tries to land a sweep but no joy.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Def avoids a punch combination nicely.
Do throws a jab but it's blocked by Def. Def throws a leg kick but Do moved away. Woohun Do seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Def tries to clinch there but Do circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Def misses with a takedown attempt - Do sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Do shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Def manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Do trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Def trying to control the position.
Do throws a big right hand that misses. This has been an exciting period of action! Def looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Do has picked Def up and slammed him! Def can't keep hold of the triangle and Do manages to pass to side control! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Do working the ground and pound from side control. You can see the frustration on Def's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Do wants to control but Def is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Woohun Do dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Do lands a really nice looking cross but Def seems unphased.
Def throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Def connects with an inside leg kick. Def tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Do paws at him with a jab and circles away. Def looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nice uppercut there from Do. Def misses with a low kick. Do checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Do keeps the fight on the outside. Do thows a left - swing and a miss! Def throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Do's waist but Do gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Def off to one side. Def misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Do.

Def moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Do gets a double leg takedown into Def's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Def bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Do's guard. Def loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Def forces his way into half guard. Def is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Def wants to work for an arm triangle but Do is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Do keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Def is looking to take a break and control but Do is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Woohun Do has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Do gets back to full guard.
Do manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Def is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Do connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Def is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do working away from the top, dropping strikes. Do working Def over with strikes here.
Def is rocked! Do postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Def badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Do around the waist but Do pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Do is the winner by TKO! Do jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Woohun Do! Woohun Do decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
