Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Abram Watkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and C Rock Cracker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). C Rock Cracker will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Abram Watkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, C Rock Cracker! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jorge Garcia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watkins closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cracker to the mat! Cracker manages to get full guard. Watkins working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cracker doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Cracker avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Watkins throws a big right hand that misses. Watkins postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Watkins really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Watkins throws a strike but Cracker rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Cracker trying to move into half guard but instead Watkins has managed to sweep! Cracker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Cracker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Watkins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Watkins throwing strikes from guard but Cracker blocks nicely. Cracker pulls Watkins in close to his closed guard and prevents Watkins from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Watkins throwing strikes but missing. Watkins chips away with some ground and pound. Cracker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Watkins. Watkins drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Watkins jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Watkins lands a couple of decent looking shots. Watkins scoring with some ground and pound. Watkins is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Watkins trying to stand up but can't free himself from Cracker's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Watkins postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Cracker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Watkins is controlling him. Watkins throws a big elbow that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Watkins missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Watkins throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cracker works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Watkins landing some decent shots from guard. Watkins with a flurry of punches that miss. Watkins prevents Cracker from getting back to his feet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Watkins postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Watkins would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Watkins working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Watkins lands a couple of elbows. Watkins throwing strikes from guard but Cracker blocks nicely. Watkins chips away with some ground and pound. Watkins throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Cracker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Watkins doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Watkins manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Watkins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Watkins works over Cracker with some ground and pound from guard. Watkins throws a strike but Cracker rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Watkins is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Watkins keeping moving, preventing Cracker from controlling successfully. Watkins is trying to hold Cracker in close to prevent damage but Cracker has managed to pass into half guard.
Cracker wants to take a breather but Watkins is having none of it. Watkins wants to control but Cracker is keeping busy and won't allow it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cracker throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Watkins trying to control here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Abram Watkins dominated that round. That's time! Watkins's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Watkins changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cracker tries to avoid it but Watkins manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cracker to the ground. Cracker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cracker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cracker is defended easily by Watkins. Cracker looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Cracker fails with a takedown attempt. Abram Watkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of C Rock Cracker. Watkins tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cracker defends well and Watkins ends up having to push Cracker into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Watkins misses with a hook to the ribs.
Cracker blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Cracker is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Watkins to keep the fight standing. Cracker can't get the takedown.
A head punch on the inside from Cracker fails to land. Watkins successfully pulls guard.
Cracker being controlled here momentarily. Watkins wants to get back to his feet but Cracker is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cracker wants to stand but Watkins has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Cracker trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Cracker postures up.
Watkins wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Abram Watkins has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Watkins drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cracker is breathing heavily. Watkins trying to control the position but Cracker is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cracker wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Watkins working the body and head with strikes. Abram Watkins overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Watkins tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Watkins in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Cracker is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
