Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eamonn McGuigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman has chosen Look me in my eyes as his entrance music. Bryan Coleman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eamonn McGuigan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bryan Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGuigan can't find room to land a body shot as Coleman controls the action.
McGuigan swings wildly with an uppercut but Coleman uses good head movement to avoid it.

Coleman regains half guard, as McGuigan was trying to land strikes.

McGuigan is working for a kimura but Coleman is defending it quite comfortably.
McGuigan wants to pass to mount but Coleman is defending the position.

McGuigan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coleman swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Coleman.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Coleman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from McGuigan.

McGuigan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coleman was well out of range. Poor timing from McGuigan.

Coleman pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

McGuigan throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

McGuigan lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Coleman tries to roll over but McGuigan keeps him under control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Eamonn McGuigan.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for McGuigan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
