Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Kimura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kimura comes to the cage accompanied by Seek and Destroy . I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Kimura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Topper Green and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kimura's guard. Lesnar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kimura working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lesnar doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lesnar manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Lesnar landing with the ground and pound. Kimura had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lesnar defends it easily. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lesnar's corner. There ya go! There ya go! This has been an exciting period of action! Lesnar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kimura has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lesnar has managed to get both his arms back between Kimura's legs - danger averted. Lesnar lands a couple of digs. Lesnar with a nice head shot there. Kimura looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lesnar looking to pass the guard. Kimura seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Kimura throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Lesnar makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesnar is working Kimura over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kimura is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Lesnar frees his head nicely. Oh but Kimura has switched to an armbar! Lesnar is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Joe Kimura! A relieved looking Joe Kimura thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
