Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Calgary Alberta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fidel Bautista (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Calgary Alberta! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fidel Bautista! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alberta wants to clinch up but Bautista keeps it at a distance. Alberta ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bautista moves away. Alberta tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bautista swats him away and circles back towards the center. Bautista misses with a jab, cross combination.
Alberta tries to clinch and Bautista connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Calgary Alberta has been cut. We've been told by Alberta's head coaches at >TAPOUT ELITE< that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Alberta tries to clinch up but Bautista circles away and keeps his distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Alberta looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Bautista dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Bautista shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Nice strikes from Bautista there. Alberta looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Alberta has a hand on Bautista's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Bautista takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Alberta tries to reverse the position but Bautista maintains control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alberta is working hard here to advance position. Bautista is in the full mount, landing strikes. Alberta tries to hold on but Bautista postures up. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bautista working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Alberta is looking to improve his position but Bautista isn't that keen on the idea. Bautista has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Alberta's face.
Alberta is working to get back to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bautista cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Calgary Alberta's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Calgary Alberta's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Fidel Bautista! A relieved looking Fidel Bautista thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
