And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shavo Odin!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Odin, as that shot connected.
Odin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Good work by Ferreira as he checks the leg kick.
Odin pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ferreira is out of range and Odin settles back down.
Ferreira walks into a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ferreira throws a body punch but Odin moves out of range.
Odin swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Odin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Odin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Odin lands a nice looking body shot.
Ferreira throws a low kick but Odin avoids it.

Odin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ferreira looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Odin tries for a kimura but Ferreira is defending well.
Ferreira is looking to regain half guard here but Odin keeps moving and retains side control.

Ferreira takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Odin lands a big head kick that sends Ferreira tumbling to the mat! Odin takes a step backwards and waves Ferreira back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Leonardo Ferreira has been cut.
Shavo Odin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ferreira defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Odin.
Ferreira throws a right hand that Odin ducks under and follows up with a left that Odin also avoids with ease.
Ferreira looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Odin has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Ferreira ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ferreira lands with a thumping leg kick.
Odin throws a half hearted mid kick.
Odin connects with a jab.
Ferreira attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Odin drops Ferreira with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ferreira looks back up at him and smiles so Odin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Ferreira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ferreira throws a body punch but Odin moves out of range.
Ferreira seems to have got his legs back now.
Odin throws a front kick that sends Ferreira stumbling back into the cage.
A left lands for Odin.
Odin fails with a takedown attempt.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ferreira looks to land a body kick but Odin moved away.
Ferreira just misses with a punch to the body.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Odin - that will leave a mark!
Odin scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ferreira ducks right into an uppercut from Odin.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Odin throws a nice outside leg kick.

Odin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ferreira sprawling to the canvas! Ferreira rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Odin finish him?!
Odin lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Ferreira is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Odin doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Ferreira crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Ferreira's bad books for that mishap!
