Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Overeem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piru Parka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Overeem comes into the arena with Anthem blaring out of the sound system. Parka comes into a darkened arena with his song building. kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Parka counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Parka.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Overeem working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Parka.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Overeem had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parka defends it easily.
Overeem is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Parka is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Overeem wants to stand and escape but Parka is having none of it.
Parka missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Parka wants to control from the top but Overeem keeps moving.
Parka postures up in Overeem's guard and throws a big left but Overeem blocks it.
Parka cracks Overeem with a solid left hand.
Overeem is looking to cinch up a triangle. Parka throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Overeem's body to avoid the submission. Overeem has instead reached around Parka's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Overeem arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Alistair Overeem!
