Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Napalm Chief (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skywalker's entrance music is Raised on Rock. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skywalker keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Chief stuns Skywalker with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Chief misses with a hook.
Chief does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Chief throws a body punch but Skywalker moves out of range.
Skywalker stalks Chief and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chief's face. Chief staggers backwards, shaken.
Chief tries to clinch up but Skywalker circles away and keeps his distance.
Skywalker's jab looks to have found its range, popping Chief under the eye.

It looks like Napalm Chief has been cut.
Chief misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Skywalker steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Chief. That one must have hurt.

and Chief counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Chief.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee is keeping an eye on Skywalker - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Chief tries to pull guard but Skywalker holds him up against the cage and eventually Chief drops back down to his feet.

Skywalker has picked Chief up - he's going for a ride! Skywalker dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Skywalker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Skywalker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Chief is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

That was a close round but I would say that Luke Skywalker will probably get the nod.

Skywalker doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Chief uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Chief throws a low kick, looking for Skywalker's leg but Skywalker calmly moves out of range.

That kick from Skywalker tenderised Chief's leg. Chief is trying to keep his angry face on.
