The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Justice moves away from the strike by Country.
Justice takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like Waylon Justice has been cut.
Justice takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Country throws a right and a left that both miss.
Country moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Good leg kick by Country there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Country cracks Justice with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Justice tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Country pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Justice is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jed Country!
