Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Berzins.
Nice shot by Mudzuri.
Berzins throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Josiah Mudzuri has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Berzins lands a big head kick that sends Mudzuri tumbling to the mat! Berzins takes a step backwards and waves Mudzuri back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mudzuri steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Berzins. That one must have hurt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mudzuri is defended easily by Berzins.
Berzins uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mudzuri.
Berzins throws a solid leg kick but Mudzuri takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Berzins.
Mudzuri takes a swing at Berzins's ribcage but misses.
Berzins moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Mudzuri tries to close the distance and clinch but Berzins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mudzuri throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mudzuri avoids a kick to the body.
Mudzuri rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Berzins moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mudzuri fails with a takedown attempt.

Mudzuri throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Berzins thuds his shin into the meat of Mudzuri's side.
Mudzuri is breathing heavily.
Mudzuri throws a hook but Berzins avoids it easily.
Berzins staying out of range there.
Berzins turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mudzuri takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Berzins. Mudzuri shrugs it off though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Berzins pushes Mudzuri away with a front kick.
Berzins throws a sloppy head kick and Mudzuri moves out of range easily.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Berzins. Mudzuri shrugs it off though.
Berzins is looking to slow Mudzuri down with leg kicks.
Berzins avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Berzins has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Berzins explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

A looping hook to the body misses from Mudzuri. Berzins does a little dance to reset his feet.

The fighters circle, before Berzins throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Mudzuri's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Berzins lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
