Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyan Kay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Mamba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kay comes to the cage accompanied by ENTER SADMAN. Kyan Kay has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kyan Kay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Black Mamba! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mamba thuds his right hand into Kay's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. A jab from Mamba finds it's way through Kay's defenses. Black Mamba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mamba scores with a nice right hand.
A good leg kick by Mamba. Mamba connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kay. Kay circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Kyan Kay has been cut. Mamba lands a jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Kay shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kay was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Kay working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Kay has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kay checks a leg kick. Mamba lands with a shot to the body. Mamba throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kay on the side of the head. Mamba lands a jab to Kay's midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mamba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Black Mamba is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The fight stays on the outside here - Kay looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A jab from Mamba does it's job there. Mamba scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Kay rushes Mamba and presses him up against the cage. Kay drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mamba pulls his leg out and moves away.
Mamba fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Mamba lands a two punch combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mamba lands a right hook to the body.
Kay clinches. Mamba pushes Kay back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Mamba stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Kay is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kay blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Mamba is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Mamba has a couple of punches blocked by Kay.
Kay breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kay throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mamba makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Kay takes a shot right to the bread basket. Mamba tries to work over Kay's front leg with a kick but Kay checks it. Mamba cracks Kay with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Kay takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Mamba bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kay's head. Mamba lands a nice shot to the body.
Kay takes one to the chin there.
Kyan Kay's cut is getting worse. Mamba has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Kay is landing a low percentage of strikes. The fighters circle momentarily. Mamba darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kay is rocked! Kay looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Oh Kay is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mamba tests Kay's chin there with a solid looking shot. Mamba lands a big uppercut and Kay crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kay looks OK. Mamba waves Kay back to his feet! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mamba cracks Kay with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kay looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mamba finish him?
Mamba getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Mamba throws a monster overhand right that drops Kay! Mamba follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Black Mamba! Our winner, Black Mamba, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
