The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Duseki misses its intended target.
Duseki stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Duseki wants it to stay on the feet.

Berdich manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Duseki on his heels. He'll look to pass Duseki's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Berdich sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Duseki's guard.

Berdich is nestled in close to Duseki, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
