Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rokki Kukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustav Ragnarson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kukko's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Rokki Sees Fire. Gustav Ragnarson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kukko shoots in and bounces Ragnarson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ragnarson is trying to control the position but Kukko postures up.

We've been hearing that Kukko has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Ragnarson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kukko was covering up waiting for the punch and Ragnarson finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ragnarson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kukko sprawls well. Kukko wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ragnarson gets slowly back to his feet.
Rokki Kukko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rokki Kukko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gustav Ragnarson.

Ragnarson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kukko has his foot on Ragnarson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ragnarson works his way back into a safe position though.

Ragnarson paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Kukko - great work!
