Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adrian Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black has chosen AWOLnation - Sail as his entrance music. Ryan Reed has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Reed! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adrian Black! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Black misses with a head kick.
Black scores with a nice head shot.

It looks like Ryan Reed has been cut. Reed showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Black.
Reed forces Black back against the cage and clinches. Black gets underhooks to prevent Reed's takedown attempt.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Black.
Reed pulls Black into guard.
Reed has a closed guard, preventing Black from standing up. Black stands up over Reed, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Black would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Reed has control of Black's left arm, preventing Black from doing any damage.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Black throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Reed works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Black is looking to work some ground and pound but Reed has wrist control. Black working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Reed is controlling Black's posture. Reed has momentary wrist control but Black slips an elbow through the middle. Black told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Reed looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Black stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reed swivels though and keeps the full guard. Black wants to stand but Reed is controlling his posture from full guard. Reed is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ryan Reed.
Reed moves into the clinch successfully.
Black has had enough of the clinch but Reed keeps him there for the moment. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Reed is working for takedown but Black is calmly controlling the position for now. Reed goes for a takedown in the clinch but Black prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Reed. That's going to take a lot out of him. Reed is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Black is defending well.
Reed is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Black can't fight it off and eventually Reed manages to take the fight to the floor. Black looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Reed drops back, looking for a kneebar! Black looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Black looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Black! Black really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Reed regains half guard. Reed is pressing down on Black's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Black is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Black tries to stand but Reed is controlling from the bottom. Black wants to stand and escape but instead Reed has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Reed is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Black wants to stand and escape but Reed is having none of it. Black looks winded!
Reed stands up and waves to Black to follow him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Black scores with a nice right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adrian Black dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ryan Reed's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Reed moves forwards but Black connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Black escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Reed closes the distance and clinches. Reed tries for a takedown but Black manages to get underhooks.
Black tries to break the clinch but Reed is controlling the position. Black tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Reed avoids it. Reed lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Black backwards.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Reed changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Black fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Reed has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Reed is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Black gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Reed has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Black is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Black has Reed pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Black pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Reed tumbling to the mat - Black dives into Reed's guard. Black distracts Reed with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Reed accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Adrian Black will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Ryan Reed's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Reed is rocked! Black postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Reed covers up, he's hurt! Black keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Black and the ref steps in to end the fight! Black can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
