Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Laudrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaito Saruwatari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laudrup's entrance music is U2- Zoo Station. A fine choice. Saruwatari is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Guerilla Radio. Hans Laudrup has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saruwatari walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

It looks like Hans Laudrup has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Laudrup. Those never looked like landing.
A telegraphed right hand from Saruwatari misses the target.
Saruwatari has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Laudrup just misses with a punch to the body.

Laudrup dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Saruwatari. That did some damage!
Laudrup takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Kaito Saruwatari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Laudrup avoids a punch combination nicely.

Laudrup has Saruwatari pressed against the cage, preventing Saruwatari from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Laudrup definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Saruwatari manages to break the clinch.

Laudrup slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Laudrup throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Saruwatari takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

and Laudrup moves into the clinch.

Saruwatari wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Laudrup.

Laudrup breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Saruwatari misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Laudrup fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Saruwatari has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Saruwatari throws the left hand but Laudrup avoids the punch easily.
Laudrup takes a swing at Saruwatari's ribcage but misses.
Laudrup avoids the head kick by Saruwatari.

Saruwatari stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Laudrup's jab looks to have found its range, popping Saruwatari under the eye.

Laudrup shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Saruwatari napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Laudrup trying to control the action but Saruwatari is working from the bottom.
Saruwatari bucks up and tries to throw Laudrup off but instead Laudrup has got his back!
Laudrup is punishing Saruwatari with some ground and pound.
