Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cesar Sampaio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akiro Sata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sata comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Onward to Victory! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Cesar Sampaio has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cesar Sampaio!

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sata cracks a nice hook into Sampaio's ribs.

Sampaio looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sata has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cesar Sampaio.
Well Sampaio has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
