Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adon Boonliang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Mills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adon Boonliang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jay Mills! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mills avoids the head kick by Boonliang.
Boonliang gets caught napping as Mills dives in and scores a takedown. Boonliang manages to retain guard. Mills sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Boonliang's guard. Mills missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Boonliang wants to stand back up but Mills manages to pass into side control.
Boonliang wants to control but Mills postures up. Mills decides to stand up, so the ref orders Boonliang to his feet. A shot to the body from Mills misses and Boonliang counters with a two punch combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mills drives through and clinches with Boonliang against the cage.
Boonliang has Mills pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Mills manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Boonliang tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Mills has Boonliang pressed against the cage, preventing Boonliang from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Boonliang is trying to push Mills away but Mills has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boonliang tries to score a body lock takedown but Mills shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adon Boonliang. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boonliang wants to break free but Mills has control.
Mills jumps guard and drags Boonliang to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Boonliang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mills on the ground. Mills manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Boonliang has a takedown stuffed. Mills throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Mills scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Boonliang defending against the ground and pound. Mills slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Boonliang. Boonliang is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mills trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mills takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mills looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Boonliang is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boonliang avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mills.
Mills has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mills throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Mills throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Poor strikes thrown by Mills there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Mills trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mills controlling from the full mount. Mills is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Boonliang to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Boonliang shrugs it off. Mills thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mills misses with a head shot. Boonliang is in all sorts of trouble here.
Boonliang is working hard here to advance position. Mills scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Boonliang?
Boonliang can't escape the position.
Mills is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Boonliang can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Mills thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Boonliang is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Mills locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Boonliang is forced to tap!
