Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lonnie Camacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Slaughter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lonnie Camacho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Aaron Slaughter! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slaughter thuds his shin into the meat of Camacho's side. A head kick misses from Slaughter. Camacho could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Slaughter paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Lonnie Camacho has been cut. Slaughter closes the distance but Camacho moves to the side and Camacho decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Slaughter's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Camacho is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Slaughter utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Camacho prevents Slaughter from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Camacho stands up from Slaughter's guard - Camacho perhaps looking for a knockout. Camacho blocks a head kick by Slaughter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slaughter with a lazy takedown attempt and Camacho counters with a nice double leg into guard. Slaughter looks winded! Camacho working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Camacho trying to stand up but can't free himself from Slaughter's guard. Camacho thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Camacho slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Camacho gets to his feet. Slaughter looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Camacho dodges the punch combination from Slaughter.
Slaughter tries to clinch up and Camacho counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Slaughter!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Camacho controlling the position from side mount. Camacho has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Camacho's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Slaughter wants to get back to his feet but Camacho drags him back down. Slaughter seems a little lost for a moment, as Camacho dominates the positioning. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Camacho tries for a kimura but Slaughter is defending well. Slaughter wants to control but Camacho postures up. Slaughter tries to escape but Camacho is in control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Camacho has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Slaughter tries a head kick but it misses.
Slaughter looks to land a combination but Camacho avoids it well. Camacho fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Slaughter has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Camacho drives through with a takedown into Slaughter's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Slaughter has a closed guard, preventing Camacho from standing up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Slaughter wants to get back to his feet but Camacho is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Camacho is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Camacho scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Camacho is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Camacho is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Camacho postures up in Slaughter's guard and throws a big left but Slaughter blocks it. Camacho drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Camacho as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Slaughter screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Camacho! Nice submission victory there!
