Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ushman Haszan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Terry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terry showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Haszan.
Haszan throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Terry counters with a series of strikes. Haszan will be more careful next time no doubt.
Terry fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Terry takes one on the button.
Haszan throws a series of punches but Terry moves out of range.
Haszan slaps away a takedown attempt from Terry, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Haszan shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Terry is trying to defend but Haszan finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Terry is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Haszan's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Haszan's back!
Haszan's coaches at Ironfist Athletics have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Terry lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Terry misses with an elbow to the head.

Terry is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Haszan has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Terry has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Haszan taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Terry doesn't care though - he's delighted!
