Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Corpus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kosti Lom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lom comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bahh Tee kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Corpus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kosti Lom! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lom fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Lom darts in and clinches Corpus up against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Lom throws an elbow but misses. Lom pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Corpus tries to score a body lock takedown but Lom shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Corpus is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Corpus goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lom prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Corpus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Corpus has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lom is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lom. Corpus changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lom fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lom misses with a low kick.
Lom fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. A nice inside leg kick there by Lom. That's going to slow Corpus down. A lazy left from Lom finds it's target. Lom has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Corpus is landing a low percentage of strikes. Corpus moves away from the strike by Lom. Corpus has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Red Light MMA in the buildup to the fight. Corpus takes one to the side of the head.
Lom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Corpus manages to avoid it. Lom lands with a shot to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lom throws a big shot that misses. Corpus blocks a low kick nicely. Lom clinches up against the cage. Lom lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like John Corpus has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lom will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Corpus up against the cage. Corpus has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lom is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Corpus blocks an uppercut.
Lom is trying to push Corpus away but Corpus has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Lom pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lom works the jab nicely. Lom misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Corpus.
Lom moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. The crowd cheers as Lom lands an impressive looking overhand right. Corpus doesn't seem phased though. Lom cracks Corpus with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lom has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Corpus to stand back up!
Corpus is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lom ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Oh Corpus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Are you kidding me?! Lom ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Corpus clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
