Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Engle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortiz comes to the cage accompanied by I am a real American. Joey Engle told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joey Engle!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Ortiz.
Engle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ortiz.
Engle waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ortiz.
Ortiz definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ortiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Engle tries to avoid it but Ortiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Engle to the ground. Engle escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Engle is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ortiz shoots in looking for a takedown but Engle manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ortiz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Engle in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

BOOM! Engle lands a beautiful left hook that drops Ortiz. Ortiz tries to recover but Engle is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Ortiz lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
