Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Minowa Fujiati (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jozef Rakic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jozef Rakic enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Minowa Fujiati! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jozef Rakic! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rakic throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fujiati closes the distance looking to clinch and Rakic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fujiati shoots in for a takedown but Rakic shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fujiati fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Rakic throws a good cross that connects.
Fujiati has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Minowa Fujiati. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fujiati fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rakic loads up on a big right hand but Fujiati slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fujiati tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rakic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nice takedown defense from Rakic. No joy for Fujiati on that attempt. Jozef Rakic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fujiati with a lazy takedown attempt and Rakic counters with a three punch combo that has Fujiati backing up. Fujiati nods at Rakic to acknowledge the strikes. Rakic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nice uppercut lands for Rakic. That snapped Fujiati's head back.
Fujiati shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rakic's guard. Fujiati stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rakic swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rakic wants to stand but Fujiati is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fujiati is in close to Rakic's body, working some short punches and elbows. Fujiati postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Fujiati throwing strikes from guard but Rakic blocks nicely. Fujiati throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rakic works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rakic is looking to stand up but Fujiati isn't so interested in that idea. Rakic keeping full guard, as Fujiati tries to pass. Fujiati won't allow Rakic to get back to his feet. Rakic avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fujiati stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rakic swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fujiati throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Fujiati tries to free his leg and advance position but Rakic is retaining full guard. Fujiati trying to control the position from guard on top but Rakic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fujiati prevents Rakic from getting back to his feet. Rakic is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Fujiati might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fujiati is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fujiati content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Fujiati landing some decent shots from guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fujiati working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fujiati stops Rakic from standing up. Rakic keeping moving, preventing Fujiati from controlling successfully. Fujiati trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Rakic wants to stand but Fujiati is controlling the position. Fujiati throwing strikes but missing. Fujiati content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Rakic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fujiati. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rakic keeping moving, preventing Fujiati from controlling successfully. Fujiati pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rakic is keeping the position for now. Rakic working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Fujiati. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Minowa Fujiati dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Fujiati fails with a takedown attempt. Rakic throws a right and a left that Fujiati avoids nicely. Fujiati tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rakic sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fujiati somewhat. Fujiati will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Minowa Fujiati. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fujiati shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fujiati showed some decent athleticism there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fujiati with the ground and pound but Rakic uses the opportunity to regain guard. Fujiati drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rakic dives on top into guard. Fujiati throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Rakic trying to control but Fujiati is working from the bottom. Minowa Fujiati overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fujiati looking for a guillotine here but Rakic defends easily.
Fujiati had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Rakic defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rakic throws a big elbow that misses. Rakic controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Fujiati throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fujiati looking for subs off his back but Rakic has passed one foot through into half guard.
Rakic seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rakic decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Rakic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fujiati avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Fujiati looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Rakic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fujiati looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Rakic lands with a nice body punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fujiati shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rakic as he jumps to the side. Rakic cracks Fujiati with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Fujiati closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rakic's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fujiati postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rakic is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fujiati, into his guard. Fujiati wants to improve his position but instead Rakic has moved into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Minowa Fujiati will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Rakic darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Fujiati shoots for a takedown but Rakic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Fujiati decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Fujiati is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rakic sees it coming and defends easily. Rakic makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Fujiati closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rakic circles away. Rakic has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Fujiati tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rakic defends well and Fujiati ends up having to push Rakic into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Rakic manages to break the clinch.
Rakic dips to his left and cracks Fujiati with an uppercut! Minowa Fujiati is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fujiati throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rakic was covering up waiting for the punch and Fujiati finishes the takedown easily into guard. Fujiati trying to control the position from guard on top but Rakic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rakic wants to get back to his feet but Fujiati is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Fujiati trying to control but Rakic is working from the bottom. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Fujiati looking to sit in guard and control but Rakic gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fujiati is pulling down on Rakic's head to control his posture. Fujiati is looking to sweep but instead, Rakic has passed into half guard.

Fujiati moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Fujiati is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rakic defends well. Rakic stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Jozef Rakic has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fujiati clinches. Rakic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Minowa Fujiati. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fujiati, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
