Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kosti Lom!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pegas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lom.

Lom gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Lom has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kosti Lom showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Lom throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Pegas tries to clinch but Lom is having none of it.

That kick from Pegas tenderised Lom's leg. Lom is trying to keep his angry face on.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pegas lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lom has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lom and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Pegas dips to his left and cracks Lom with an uppercut!

Lom fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pegas takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Oooooh!!! Lom has knocked Pegas down with a huge combo! Lom steps away and waves a wobbly Pegas back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lom lands with a kick to the ribs.
Pegas moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.


Pegas is rocked!


Jon Pegas's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Pegas tries to keep at a distance but Lom has taken the fight into the clinch.
Oh Pegas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lom lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Pegas to his knees! Lom keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
