The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Seguin shoots in and bounces Jarvis off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Seguin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jarvis works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Seguin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Seguin drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jarvis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Seguin has Jarvis in his guard.
Seguin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jarvis wants to control from the top but Seguin keeps moving.

Seguin is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Jarvis is hurt! He's hurt bad - Seguin fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Jarvis from any more punishment! Congratulations to Seguin! Great finish!

Christopher Seguin tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
