Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sandra Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gaspard Caderousse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Gaspard Caderousse enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sandra Hunter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gaspard Caderousse!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caderousse tries for a takedown but Hunter sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Caderousse shoots in for a takedown but Hunter shows good takedown defense.
Caderousse shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hunter's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Caderousse lands a couple of digs.
Hunter looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Caderousse stands up over Hunter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Caderousse accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Caderousse connects with a couple of short punches.

Hunter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Caderousse on the ground.
Caderousse stands up over Hunter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Caderousse cracks Hunter with a solid left hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caderousse lands a couple of digs.
Caderousse trying to control the position from guard on top but Hunter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunter not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hunter is breathing heavily.
Caderousse thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hunter working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Caderousse doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Caderousse manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Caderousse landing some decent shots from guard.
Hunter is rocked!

Oh Hunter is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Caderousse arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Hunter's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gaspard Caderousse!
