Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Baha Beison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clay Matthews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baha Beison looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Clay Matthews! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Matthews uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beison. A head kick misses from Matthews. Beison uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Matthews. Matthews misses with a double jab
and Beison counters with a straight right hand. Matthews throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Matthews misses with a body kick. A swing and a miss from Beison. Beison avoids the body shot from Matthews.
Beison keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Matthews drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Beison tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Matthews wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Matthews lands some shots froms side control. Matthews working the ground and pound. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Matthews working the body and head with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Matthews working the head and body with strikes. Beison is trying to work for a sweep but Matthews has mounted him! Beison is wriggling around trying to escape.
Matthews landing strikes, looking to finish! Beison is in a horrible position here. Matthews smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Matthews putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Matthews lands a big shot there that rocks Beison but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Matthews cracks Beison with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Beison is rocked! Matthews scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Beison?
Oh Beison is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Matthews connects with a bit shot that sees Beison covering up! More strikes from Matthews and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Matthews is our winner by TKO!

After winning the bout, Clay Matthews thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility. In defeat, Baha Beison stepped up to the mic, saying 'Я приду еще сильнее '.
