Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robledo Puch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Rude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robledo Puch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Robledo Puch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rick Rude! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Puch misses with a takedown attempt - Rude sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Puch walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rude checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Rude gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Puch to score an easy takedown into full guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Puch working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Puch trying to control but Rude is working from the bottom. Puch is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Rude tries to land a sweep but no joy. Rude seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Puch landing with the ground and pound. Puch cracks Rude with a solid left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Puch throwing strikes but missing. Rude keeping moving, preventing Puch from controlling successfully. Rude is trying to control the position but Puch postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Puch slips nicely into half guard. Puch lands strikes from half guard. Rude avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Puch. Puch throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Rude is pressing down on Puch's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Rude controls Puch momentarily but Puch frees himself. Puch preventing the sweep. Puch loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rude avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Puch lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Puch throws a big right hand that misses. Rude keeping moving, preventing Puch from controlling successfully. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rude has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Puch has passed into side control.
Puch works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. An elbow from Puch crashes against the mat.
Puch is working Rude over with some ground and pound from side control.
Rude is rocked! Puch lands a strong strike to the head of Rude. That's dazed him! Puch looking to finish here. Rude is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Puch lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robledo Puch! A relieved looking Robledo Puch thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
