The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick moves away from the strike by Januzaj.
Quick with a jab.
Quick connects with a good right hand that stumbles Januzaj. Januzaj circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ervis Januzaj seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Januzaj scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Januzaj misses with a right hand
and Quick counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Quick stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Januzaj throws a hook but Quick blocks it.
Oooooh!!! Quick has knocked Januzaj down with a huge combo! Quick steps away and waves a wobbly Januzaj back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Ervis Januzaj has been cut.
Januzaj fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A shot to the body from Januzaj misses
and Quick counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Januzaj thinking.
Januzaj rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Quick counters with a left to the body.
Januzaj walks straight into a right hand from Quick - that's dropped him! Quick jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Januzaj from any more punishment! Januzaj complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
