The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papaioanou closes this distance looking for a takedown but Turpin circles away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
You can see the frustration on Turpin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Papaioanou is nestled in close to Turpin, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That was a close round but I would say that Randolph Turpin will probably get the nod.

Turpin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Papaioanou.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Turpin feints a jab and as Papaioanou dips his head, Turpin unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Papaioanou right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Papaioanou falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Turpin smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Randolph Turpin!
A determined Randolph Turpin didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
