Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bel Air (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Stellar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bel Air! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tony Stellar! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Air keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Air dives in and grabs Stellar's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stellar pushes down on Air's head and hops out. A left lands for Air. The fight stays on the outside here - Stellar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Air fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stellar on the side of the head. Stellar shoots in but no luck this time. Air with a hook. Stellar lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Air keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Air listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Stellar with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Air to score with a decent uppercut. Some wild striking there from Air.
Air lands with a straight right. Stellar didn't see that one coming. Stellar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Air circles away. Bel Air has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stellar. Stellar dives in for a single leg takedown but Air sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Air is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Air is trying to break free. Stellar can't get the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Air's face as he tries to break the clinch. Air has had enough of the clinch but Stellar keeps him there for the moment. Air working hard to break the clinch. Stellar tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Stellar gets control of Air's arms and successfully pulls guard. Stellar will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Air is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Air has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stellar is proving hard to escape from. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Air stands up and waves to Stellar to follow him. Stellar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. A combination from Air does no damage. Stellar tries to bum rush Air with a series of wild strikes but Air uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Stellar looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stellar fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Air looks to land a combination. Stellar sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Air pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stellar back to the cage. Air follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Air lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Air lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Stellar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Air swats him away and circles back towards the center. Air lands a glancing blow to the side of Stellar's head. Air darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Air scores with a hook to the body. Stellar takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Air is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Air scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Stellar takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bel Air seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stellar takes one on the button. Stellar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Air swats him away and circles back towards the center. Air scores with a nice strike. Stellar takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Air doesn't manage to clinch there - Stellar circles away.
Stellar gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Air's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Air duly obliges. Decent striking displayed by Air there. Air scores with a hook. Air tests Stellar's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stellar walks into a left hand. Air stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Stellar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Air throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stellar on the side of the head. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Air, as that shot connected.
Air tests Stellar's chin there with a solid looking shot. Air scores with a one two! Stellar had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Air fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stellar on the side of the head. Air lands a two punch combo.
Air is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Stellar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Air with a body punch. A glancing blow. Air shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stellar wants to control but Air is keeping busy and won't allow it. Air is taking a breather. Stellar says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Stellar is looking to control Air's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stellar avoid being mounted? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Air is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bel Air dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A nice combination there by Air.
Stellar gets tackled into the cage by Air. Air maintains the clinch. Stellar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Air circles away from the clinch attempt.
Good exchange - Air coming out on top. Stellar darts in looking for a takedown but Air gets double underhooks and turns Stellar into the cage. Air has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Stellar is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Air is keeping busy. Air tries to break free but Stellar pushes him back against the cage. Stellar has Air pressed against the cage, preventing Air from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Air prevents the takedown attempt.
Stellar is trying to pull guard but Air turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Bel Air has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stellar. Stellar has Air pressed against the cage, preventing Air from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Stellar has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Stellar wants a takedown.
Stellar is breathing heavily. Air is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Stellar manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Air has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Air is trying to force a seperation but Stellar has the dominant position. Air can't break the clinch.
Stellar throws an elbow but it misses.
Air tries to circle away but Stellar has him pinned against the cage. Air pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Air dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Air lands with a hook. Stellar tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Air swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Stellar. Air scores with a three punch combo!
Jab, jab by Air - just one landing. Air lands a really nice looking cross but Stellar seems unphased.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stellar takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Air lands a jab. Air lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Air lands with a shot to the body. Air lands a jab to Stellar's midsection. Air cracks Stellar with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Air bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Stellar's head backwards. Bel Air is winning the standup battle so far. Air scores with a jab. Air is working the combinations to good effect here. Air goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Air jabs Stellar right on the nose. Stellar blinks but takes it well. Air throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Air connects with a looping right hand.
Nice takedown defense from Air. No joy for Stellar on that attempt. A nice combination there by Air.
Stellar goes for a double leg but Air avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Air continues to drive forward. Air can't break the clinch.
Stellar prevents Air from breaking the clinch. Stellar pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Air looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Stellar on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Air cracks Stellar with a right hand to the side of the head. Air scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. This has been an exciting period of action! Stellar tries to clinch but Air moves out of range. Air keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Air fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Stellar gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Air is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Stellar takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A jab lands there for Stellar. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A shot to the liver by Air. Beautiful body shot. Air lands an overhand right. Good shot there by Air. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bel Air dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Air thuds his right hand into Stellar's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Air punishes Stellar's body with a nice straight punch. Stellar shoots in but Air avoids the takedown attempt easily. Good exchange - Air coming out on top. Air lands a body shot.
Air pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stellar back to the cage. Air follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Air scores with a three punch combo!
Stellar walks into a straight right hand from Air. A lazy left from Air finds it's target. Air connects with a single shot there. Air swinging wildly here.
Air digs a good body shot into Stellar's ribs. Stellar rushes Air and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Stellar has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Air uses from the top position. Stellar takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stellar doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Air wants to get up but he can't break Stellar's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Air has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Air trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Stellar looking for a sweep. Not yet Stellar, not yet. Air stands up from guard. Let's bang! Horrible takedown by Stellar or perhaps it was just good defense by Air which made him look bad. Stellar looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stellar walks into a stiff left hand from Air. Stellar shoots in but no luck this time. Bel Air has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Stellar. Danga de danga de dang - Air scores with a four punch combination! Air moves into the clinch successfully.
Stellar keeps control of Air as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Air has had enough of the clinch but Stellar keeps him there for the moment. Air working hard to break the clinch. Air breaks from the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nice uppercut lands for Air. That snapped Stellar's head back.
Stellar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Stellar takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Stellar moves forwards but Air connects with a nice, crisp jab. Air getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Air's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Air duly obliges.

Bel Air overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Air would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Air will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Air wants to stand and escape but instead Stellar has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Air on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Air tries to get out of the position. Stellar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stellar trying to control the position from guard on top but Air is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that's the end of the fight! Bel Air showed his dominance in that final round. Well Air has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
