Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dean Lister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giorgio Zabat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zabat has chosen Smoke and Mirrors -RJD2 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Giorgio Zabat enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zabat misses with a takedown
and Lister decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Zabat's guard.
Zabat has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at SS Elite *$100 ELITE LEVEL SPARRING AND COACHES* . Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Lister has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Lister is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Zabat is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Giorgio Zabat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zabat gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lister counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Zabat shoots in looking for a takedown but Lister manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Zabat's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dean Lister has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Giorgio Zabat.
Lister moves into the clinch.
Zabat jumps guard but Lister turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lister breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Zabat has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lister uses from the top position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
