Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Scott Fleming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fleming might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to T.N.T.. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Sagat!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat blocks a head kick by Fleming.
Sagat cracks Fleming with a good jab.
Sagat throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fleming jabs Sagat to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A head kick misses from Sagat.
Fleming avoids a kick to the body.
Sagat throws a good cross that connects.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Fleming.

Fleming pushes off an throws an elbow but Sagat leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Sagat lands with a left to the head.
Sagat misses with a short punch on the inside.
Fleming goes for a takedown in the clinch but Sagat prevents it.

Sagat looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Fleming pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Sagat throws a punch but it's blocked by Fleming.

Fleming has a couple of punches blocked by Sagat.
Sagat blocks an elbow strike from Fleming.
Fleming unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Sagat is fighting off a takedown attempt but Fleming is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Sagat to the mat. Sagat regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Sagat utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Fleming might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Sagat trying to keep a closed guard but Fleming is proving a slippery customer.
Sagat has his hands on Fleming's head, controlling the position.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Victor Sagat wasn't active enough on the ground.

Fleming on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fleming shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sagat napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Fleming misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Fleming throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
You can see the frustration on Sagat's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fleming wants to control but Sagat is keeping him busy.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sagat gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Fleming lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fleming prevents Sagat from improving his position.

Fleming takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Scott Fleming will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fleming misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sagat.
Victor Sagat seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Fleming ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sagat moves away.
Fleming takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Sagat lands with a kick to the temple. Fleming shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

A relieved looking Victor Sagat thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
