The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buckley shoots and misses
and Andersson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Buckley won't be happy with that.
Andersson is trying to get an arm triangle but Buckley is defending well.
Buckley tries to bench press Andersson off him but Andersson keeps the position.
Andersson gets to mount! Buckley was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Buckley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Buckley is working to get back to half guard.
Andersson wants to finish this one by submission but Buckley is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Andersson.
Andersson unloads with some shots from mount but Buckley bucks and avoids them well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Andersson misses with a head shot.
Andersson working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Buckley turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Andersson off and cradles Buckley's limp body as Andersson celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jack Andersson!
