Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bratt The Lion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Be (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Be has chosen I Ain't No Joke as his entrance music. Eric Be will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bratt The Lion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Be!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Lion has closed the distance and engaged Be in a clinch.
Be tries to pull guard but The Lion won't allow it.

Be manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Be is trying to control the position but The Lion postures up.
The Lion trying to control but Be is working from the bottom.
The Lion showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
The Lion has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The Lion tries to free his leg and advance position but Be is retaining full guard.

Be is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables The Lion to keep the fight standing.
Be is trying to work for a single leg takedown but The Lion pulls him back up using the underhooks.
The Lion gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Be.

The Lion pushes off an throws an elbow but Be leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

The Lion throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Be blocks it with crossed arms.
Be takes an elbow to the temple.
The Lion gets underhooks to prevent Be's takedown attempt.
The Lion pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Be goes for a takedown attempt but The Lion pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Be avoids the elbow strike from The Lion, against the cage.
Be wants a takedown but no success here.

Be tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Be is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but The Lion is defending well.

Be is trying to trip The Lion. He has hold of a leg but The Lion is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Be persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Be postures up and lands a big shot to The Lion's brow.

Be keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of The Lion's head.
Be tries to free his leg and advance position but The Lion is retaining full guard.
Be postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Be trying to control but The Lion is working from the bottom.

Be looking to sit in guard and control but The Lion gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Be lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for The Lion!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Be sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Be working his ground and pound in the gym.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Lion regains half guard.
Be seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Be drops an elbow to the side of The Lion's head.

Be in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. The Lion tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Be!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Eric Be!
Post fight, Eric Be took to the microphone: 'But soon you start to suffer, the tune'll get rougher. When you start to stutter, that's when you had enough of - Biting it will make you choke, you can't provoke. You can't cope, you should have broke - Because I ain't no joke'.
