Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Adam Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Jenen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam Ali could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brian Jenen's chin.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenen tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ali swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ali looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jenen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jenen shoots in for a takedown but Ali shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jenen drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Ali can't keep his opponent in guard - Jenen advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Ali knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jenen on the ground.
Ali is looking to escape.
Jenen is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ali has managed to free his arm - good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jenen wants to pass to mount but Ali is defending the position.

Jenen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Ali darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jenen tries to roll over but Ali keeps him under control.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ali lands a nice short elbow.
Ali is trying to control the action in half guard but Jenen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Jenen gets full guard.
Jenen takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Ali not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Ali stands and throws Jenen's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Jenen can't do much from the bottom here.
Jenen tries to bench press Ali off him but Ali keeps the position.
Ali is staying tight to Jenen's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Ali thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Ali looks up at the clock and then as Jenen takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ali smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Jenen tries to roll over but Ali keeps him under control.

Ali seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jenen wants to get back to his feet.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Ali throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ali shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jenen but Jenen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jenen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ali.
Ali shoots in looking for a takedown. Jenen tries to sprawl out of it but Ali keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jenen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Ali. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jenen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ali tries to avoid it but Jenen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ali to the ground. Ali escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight!
Adam Ali showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Ali has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Adam Ali decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
