Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Uaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderlei Noguieranenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Uaz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Velvet Revolver - Psycho Killer. Anderlei Noguieranenko acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Igor Uaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anderlei Noguieranenko!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uaz connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.


It looks like Anderlei Noguieranenko has been cut.
Uaz throws out a leg kick but Noguieranenko moves out of range and Uaz only half commits.

Noguieranenko forces Uaz back against the cage and clinches.
Uaz prevents a takedown attempt there.
Uaz is trying to break free.
Uaz wants to break the clinch but can't.
Noguieranenko wants a takedown.
Noguieranenko tries for a takedown but Uaz manages to get underhooks.
Igor Uaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderlei Noguieranenko.

Noguieranenko manages to break the clinch.
Uaz throws the left hand but Noguieranenko avoids the punch easily.
A big head kick from Uaz and Noguieranenko is sent sprawling to the canvas!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Uaz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Noguieranenko works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Noguieranenko wants to get back to his feet but Uaz is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Uaz wants to get up but he can't break Noguieranenko's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Uaz stops Noguieranenko from standing up.
Noguieranenko is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Uaz wants to pass the guard but Noguieranenko is keeping the position.
Uaz works over Noguieranenko with some ground and pound from guard.
Noguieranenko wants to stand and escape but Uaz is having none of it.

Uaz trying to control the position from guard on top but Noguieranenko is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Noguieranenko uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Noguieranenko looks gassed!
Uaz throws a half hearted mid kick.
Igor Uaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Uaz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Noguieranenko keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Uaz.
Uaz looks to land a combination but Noguieranenko avoids it well.
Uaz throws a series of punches but Noguieranenko moves out of range.
Noguieranenko throws a sloppy head kick and Uaz moves out of range easily.
Uaz swats away the attempt to clinch by Noguieranenko.
Noguieranenko connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Uaz chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Uaz looks to land a right hand but Noguieranenko moved out of range.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A combination from Uaz does no damage.
Uaz misses with a wild body shot.

A big head kick from Noguieranenko and Uaz is sent sprawling to the canvas!


Uaz is rocked!


It looks like Igor Uaz has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Uaz doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Oh Uaz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Noguieranenko gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Noguieranenko clinches up with Uaz and pushes him back against the cage.
Noguieranenko landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Uaz seems to have got his legs back now.
Noguieranenko is trying to drag Uaz to the mat but Uaz just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Noguieranenko with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Noguieranenko pulls guard successfully.

Noguieranenko scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Uaz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Noguieranenko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Noguieranenko tries to clinch up but Uaz circles away and keeps his distance.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A big left from Uaz misses.
Uaz keeps the fight on the outside.
Noguieranenko lands a brutal head kick. Uaz looks out on his feet and Noguieranenko throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
