Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arshnoor Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayde West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac - Hit 'Em Up. West has chosen Styles Of Beyound-Nine Thou as his entrance music. Arshnoor Singh could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Wayde West's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arshnoor Singh! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wayde West! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! West throws a head kick that misses. West lands a head kick. Singh smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Singh swings for the body but West moves out of range.
Singh thumps West with a low kick. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from West. Singh throws a head kick that misses. West has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. West's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Singh connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! West scrambles back to his feet. West tries to close the distance and clinch but Singh swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. West moves forwards but Singh connects with a nice, crisp jab. West closes the distance and clinches. Singh wants to break the clinch but can't.

Still in the clinch, Singh scores with a nice short uppercut. West is looking to control Singh's arms but Singh gets an underhook and turns him. Now West has his back to the cage. West misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Singh escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
West gets off balance looking for a body kick and Singh counters with a low kick, right behind West 's knee. A head kick misses from West. Singh looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. West has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Singh finds it's way round the side to connect with West's head. Wayde West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Singh blocks the body kick.
West throws a body kick that misses and Singh counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. West misses with a kick to the body and Singh counters with a left to the body. Singh thuds a left hand into West's body. Singh scores with a nice strike. Singh lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Nice uppercut lands for Singh. That snapped West's head back.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. West tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Singh avoids a kick to the body.
West tries to land a front kick but Singh steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Singh lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. West throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Singh. Singh checks the leg kick. West takes a swing at Singh's ribcage but misses. A bone on bone clash there as West blocks the leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. West fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Singh has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. West misses with a kick to the body and Singh counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Singh chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Singh scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Singh is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. A kick lands to the mid section there for Singh. Singh throws a push kick but West slaps the foot to one side. West throws a sloppy head kick and Singh counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. West is lucky that one didn't land flush. Singh blocks a head kick by West.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from West. West misses with a lunging right hand
and Singh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. West thows a body shot but no joy. Singh really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. A clash of legs there as West blocks the low kick. West throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Singh connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Singh connects with a single shot there.
West is rocked! Singh buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Singh tries to land a leg kick but West saw it coming and moves away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Singh scoring well with a low kick there.
Singh lands a jab to the nose. West is still on wobbly legs! Can Singh finish him? Singh displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as West throws out the jab. West throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Singh counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A head kick misses from West. West throws the kick towards the body but Singh avoids it. West swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Singh moves out of range of the body kick. Singh thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on West if he has to take too many more of those.
West looks winded! A decent looking body kick lands there for Singh. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Singh throws a powerful right kick. West tried to block low but the kick was high! West was taken right off of his feet! Singh jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Arshnoor Singh! Arshnoor Singh retains his middleweight title! During a confident post fight interview, Arshnoor Singh thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. Wayde West was interviewed post fight and said 'Bullshit, I slipped. I want a re-match!!!!'.
