The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn scores with a nice right hand.
Yeerum gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Tatchakorn Yeerum has been cut.
Penn throws a nice looking combination but Yeerum bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Penn misses with a wild combination.
Yeerum has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Yeerum closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Yeerum throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yeerum. Penn does a little dance to reset his feet.
Penn just misses with a punch to the body.
Yeerum rushes Penn and presses him up against the cage.

Yeerum pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Penn dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Penn lands with a nice body punch.
Yeerum will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Penn lands a body shot.
Yeerum jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Penn throws a lazy right hand but Yeerum sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Yeerum misses with a wild body shot.
Yeerum just misses with a punch to the body.
Yeerum looks to score with a jab to the body but Penn is just out of range.
Penn avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Penn fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Yeerum has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Yeerum fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Penn manages to avoid it.
Yeerum tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Yeerum swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Penn tries a low kick but Yeerum avoids it.
Penn throws a nice inside leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Penn throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Penn scores with a punch to the head.
Yeerum is rocked!
BOOM! Penn lands a beautiful left hook that drops Yeerum. Yeerum tries to recover but Penn is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Yeerum lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

BeeJay Penn really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KAISER logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
