The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pew shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Starstryder napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Pew tries to move into full mount but can't pass Starstryder's legs.

Pew goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Starstryder rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pew's guard! Nice work there by Starstryder!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pew seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pew keeping moving, preventing Starstryder from controlling successfully.
Pew is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Starstryder is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Pew has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Starstryder is looking to defend but Pew has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Starstryder! Pew pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Starstryder taps out and this one is all over!
