Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rich Castellano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinny Zombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castellano comes to the cage accompanied by Kenny Loggins - Danger Zone. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zombo scores with a sloppy right hand. Castellano should have avoided that one.
Castellano keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zombo.
Castellano shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Rich Castellano has been cut.
Zombo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Castellano moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zombo throws a sloppy head kick and Castellano moves out of range easily.

Castellano looking to score a takedown here. Zombo is defending well but Castellano drives through and ends up in Zombo's guard.
Castellano is looking to work some ground and pound but Zombo has wrist control.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Castellano holds on and takes a little breather.
Zombo is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Castellano manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Zombo manages to get himself to full guard.
Castellano has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Zombo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Zombo stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
A clash of legs there as Castellano blocks the low kick.
Vinny Zombo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zombo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Castellano tries to score a power double leg takedown but Zombo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Castellano somewhat.
Zombo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Castellano.
Zombo throws the left hand but Castellano avoids the punch easily.

Castellano tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zombo swivels and escapes.

Zombo lands with a straight right. Castellano didn't see that one coming.
Castellano fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Zombo avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rich Castellano. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A swing and a miss from Zombo.
Zombo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A slow jab from Zombo misses its intended target.
Zombo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Castellano was well out of range. Poor timing from Zombo.
Zombo lands with a cross.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Zombo is looking to clinch.
Zombo cracks Castellano with a right hand to the side of the head.
Castellano misses with a jab, cross combination.
Zombo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The fighters circle, before Zombo throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Castellano's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Zombo lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
