Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wiley Montoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Cuttler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Wiley Montoya! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jerry Cuttler! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid leg kick lands there for Cuttler.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Montoya gets tackled into the cage by Cuttler. Cuttler maintains the clinch. Cuttler misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Montoya.
Montoya pulls guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Cuttler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Montoya has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cuttler has managed to get both his arms back between Montoya's legs - danger averted. Cuttler won't allow Montoya to sweep him here. Montoya working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cuttler doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cuttler manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Montoya trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cuttler wants to stand and escape but instead Montoya has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Montoya stands up from guard. Let's bang! Montoya shoots for a double leg takedown but Cuttler sprawls well. He's pushed Montoya's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Montoya tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cuttler was well out of range. Poor timing from Montoya. Cuttler closes the distance and clinches. Montoya tries to circle away but Cuttler has him pinned against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Montoya. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Montoya avoids the elbow strike from Cuttler, against the cage.
Cuttler is looking to control Montoya's arms but Montoya gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cuttler has his back to the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Montoya takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. A battle for position here, against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Montoya tightens his grip and picks Cuttler up, before dumping him to the ground. Cuttler manages to land in guard. Cuttler wants to get back to his feet but Montoya is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Montoya drops back looking for a leg! Cuttler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cuttler manages to kick Montoya off! Montoya jumps back into Cuttler's guard. Montoya stops Cuttler from standing up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Montoya stands up from guard. Let's bang! Cuttler has managed to clinch.
Montoya pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Montoya really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Cuttler misses with a body punch.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wiley Montoya dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Cuttler avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Montoya forces Cuttler back against the cage and clinches. Cuttler prevents a body shot from Montoya. Montoya wants to break the clinch but can't.
Cuttler content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Cuttler is looking to control Montoya's arms but Montoya gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cuttler has his back to the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jerry Cuttler. The fight moves into the clinch position. The referee is keeping an eye on Montoya - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Montoya as Cuttler tries to tie him up. Montoya on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cuttler avoiding damage as Montoya throws knees to the body.
Cuttler is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Montoya is trying to force a seperation but Cuttler has the dominant position. Cuttler tries to land knees in the clinch but Montoya avoids the damage to the body. The referee calls for Cuttler to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on Cuttler's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jerry Cuttler. Cuttler rushes Montoya and presses him up against the cage. Cuttler taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Montoya is trying to maintain a safe position but Cuttler gets an underhook and turns Montoya into the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cuttler is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Montoya has a couple of punches blocked by Cuttler.
Cuttler is trying to stall.
Montoya works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Montoya thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Cuttler is looking to stand back up but Montoya counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Cuttler. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Jerry Cuttler will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
A head kick misses from Cuttler. Cuttler clinches up against the cage. Montoya is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Montoya pressing his opponent against the cage. Montoya is trying to break the clinch but Cuttler has him pressed against the cage.

Cuttler is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Montoya is keeping busy. Cuttler dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Montoya avoids the elbow strike from Cuttler, against the cage.
Montoya gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Montoya drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Montoya jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Montoya stands up from guard. Let's bang! Wiley Montoya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Montoya shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cuttler but Cuttler pushes him off and we're back to square one. Montoya moves into the clinch. Montoya displaying some good clinch control by pressing Cuttler up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Jerry Cuttler seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Montoya tries for a takedown. No joy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. And that's the end of the fight! Wiley Montoya showed his dominance in that final round. I think Montoya has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
