Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Volcov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Victor Volcov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bo King!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Volcov instigates a clinch.
Volcov throws a knee to the head but misses.
Volcov missing with knees to the body.
Volcov trying to land knees to the body.
King is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Volcov is keeping busy.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King shoots for a double leg takedown but Volcov sprawls well. He's pushed King's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
King lands a good knee to the midsection. Volcov won't want to take too many of those.

King's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Volcov doesn't manage to clinch there - King circles away.
Volcov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from King.
Volcov tries to grapple but his opponent circles

so King counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
King controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

King gets to his feet - Volcov follows without any prompting.
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Volcov doesn't manage to clinch there - King circles away.

King looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King tries to free his leg and advance position but Volcov is retaining full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
King throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Volcov works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
King prevents Volcov from getting back to his feet.

King stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Volcov closes the distance but King moves to the side
and King counters with a nice body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King circles away from the clinch attempt.
King shoots in looking for a takedown. Volcov tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Volcov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Victor Volcov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bo King.
King lands with a nice body kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
King goes for a double leg but Volcov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Volcov continues to drive forward.
Volcov gets underhooks to prevent King's takedown attempt.
Volcov lands a good knee to the midsection. King won't want to take too many of those.
King avoids the elbow strike from Volcov, against the cage.
Volcov tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

King ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. King no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Volcov wants to get up but he can't break King's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
King looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
King wants to improve his position but instead Volcov has moved into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

King manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Volcov keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
King blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
King goes for a takedown in the clinch but Volcov prevents it.
Volcov misses with a knee to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bo King dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

King takes an elbow to the forehead.
Come on King - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

King breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Volcov rushes King and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Volcov with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
King fails to pull the fight into his guard.

King shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Volcov as he jumps to the side.

Volcov tries to clinch up but King circles away and keeps his distance.

King rushes Volcov and presses him up against the cage.
Volcov misses with a knee to the head.
Volcov stops a takedown attempt from King.
Volcov pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
King tries to pull guard but Volcov forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Volcov unloads a knee to the mid-section. King lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Volcov lands an elbow that stopped King in his tracks for a moment.
King tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

King breaks from the clinch.
King keeps the fight on the outside.
King fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Volcov avoids it really well and circles away.
Volcov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King.
Volcov tries to clinch but King is having none of it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Volcov closes the distance looking to clinch
and King makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Victor Volcov will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Volcov tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Volcov to the ground. Volcov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Victor Volcov showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Volcov has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
