Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Franky Lahm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mouth For War. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Anderson does no damage.
Anderson misses the shot to the body.
Anderson throws an overhand right that lands on Lahm's shoulder, as Lahm tries to avoid the shot.
Anderson lands a left and a right that send Lahm crashing to the mat, dazed. Anderson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Franky Lahm has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Anderson digs a good body shot into Lahm's ribs.
Lahm showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Anderson.
Some wild striking there from Anderson.
Lahm fails with a takedown attempt.
Lahm shoots in but Anderson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lahm is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Lahm misses with a wild combination.
Anderson sends Lahm crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Anderson is motioning to the referee to let Lahm up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Lahm is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lahm staying out of range there.
Anderson throws a right and a left that both miss.
and Anderson counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Lahm! He's just covering up as Anderson starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kevin Anderson!
In his post fight interview, Kevin Anderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
