Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nguyen closes the distance looking to clinch
and Yeezy counters with a left and a right that stings Nguyen.
Yeezy misses the body punch
and Nguyen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Nguyen tries to sprawl but Yeezy drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Nguyen wants to improve his position but Yeezy is controlling well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yeezy missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Yeezy takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Nguyen blocking the ground and pound attempt from Yeezy.
Yeezy decides to return to a standing position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nguyen wants to clinch.
Yeezy lands a left and a right that send Nguyen crashing to the mat, dazed. Yeezy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nguyen is rocked!
It looks like Rob Nguyen has been cut.
Nguyen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yeezy lands a huge takedown. Nguyen is out but the ref is slow to react and Yeezy lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Nguyen lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tootoo Yeezy!
