Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cruz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to British National Anthem. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hogan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Hogan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cruzs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

We've been informed that Hogan has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Cruz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hogan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cruz has managed to get both his arms back between Hogan's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Victor Cruz will probably get the nod.

Hogan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cruz is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hogan.

A very excited looking Victor Cruz rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
