Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Mayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Atkinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkinson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mayo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Atkinson tries to avoid it but Mayo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Atkinson to the ground. Atkinson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mayo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Atkinson is fending him off so far but Mayo persists. Nope, Atkinson circles away and we're back to standing.
Atkinson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mayo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Mayo wants to get up but he can't break Atkinson's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Mayo wants to control from the top but Atkinson keeps moving.
Mayo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Mayo looking to sit in guard and control but Atkinson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
